Processing Time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Most items, unless it is a custom order, take 1-2 business days to package and ship.

Estimated Shipping Time

I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend upon the selected delivery service. At this time all items are shipped for free via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. During regular times of the year (excluding holidays and severe weather) this service takes approximately 2-5 business days for the continental U.S. and at least 7 business days for overseas military addresses such as APO, AE. Please contact us if you would like your item shipped via a different service such as UPS or Expedited or Overnighted. You can reach us at: (208)576-1489 or International Shipping is available, delivery depends upon location and will take a minimum of 7 business days. Charges and fees will apply at checkout. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Payment Options

At this time we accept all major credit cards through our service with Square and/or Stripe. Square and Stripe processes the payments and we do not keep any of the credit card information. We also accept payments via PayPal. It is not necessary to have or create an account for either of these services and your information will not be used for anything but the purchase of your item and to contact you in regards to that item and delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges: • Contact us within 14 days of delivery • Ship items back within 30 days of delivery • Return shipping fees are the Customers responsibility to pay unless other arrangements have been made with Created By Chell. Please contact me at with any questions • We do not accept cancellations But please contact us if you have any problems with your order. The following items can’t be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can not accept returns for: • Custom or personalized orders • Perishable products (like food or flowers) • Digital downloads • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) • Items on sale

Conditions of Returns

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
